TODAY WAS A REAL BREAK-TROUGH DAY AT OUR STRATEGY WORKSHOP IN SAN DIEGO! I am always moved, touched and inspired when business leaders start seeing themselves and their organizations. When they truly witness their major dynamic they are inprisoned in they usually start seeing the potential of the situation. At this point they are open and willing to come up with a better solution because now that they become aware of it, it feels insane continuing the old way. And it is all about turning fear into trust.
