ENABLING ORPHANS TO GO TO SCHOOL & PROVIDING A BRIGHTER FUTURE
Facts & Figures
5m are without clean drinking water. 1.3m have HIV. 380,000 are orphaned each year. In most western countries we have the privilege of free education, state-of-the-art, free medical treatment and we usually shower with drinking water and have plenty of food in our fridge. And most of our children have parents, alive.
Time to rethink our welfare? |
Jimmy, George & John
With your help many orphans can go to school. Hope and dignity for children. Since 2001 VisionZambia has worked with a large community in Linda Compound, near Lusaka. Founders and Trustees are my friends Jeff & Sue Allen from the UK. The school has 1,800 pupils, 28 teachers and 65 pupils to one teacher.
What does it look like in your school? |
VisionZambia
Access to education, medicine and drinking water for 45,000 people. What a relief! The Principle of Partnership & Success:
When we are in partnership with others we are naturally successful because the dynamics of partnership, which are bonding, intimacy and balance, are also the dynamics of success. Ready to support & donate? |

A message from DOREEN NZILA, HEADTEACHER LINDA SCHOOL
Under the leadership of dynamic Headteacher, Doreen Nzila, huge transformation is happening. Doreen’s vision is that the school becomes a centre of academic excellence to give these children the best possible start in life.
However, there is no secondary provision within Linda Township. Gaining a grade 12 certificate is essential for securing a job or having the opportunity to go to college. Children who leave education at grade 9 have little prospect of employment and face a life of poverty and all the risks that entails in a country where there is no state provision. Now VisionZambia has provided the classrooms for a secondary school opening in January 2019. Your support will change these children’s lives forever. Thank you, Doreen & Stefan 😄 |
