Sailing means how do you learn to master volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous situations. Today in San Diego we had the ultimate experience for the leadership team to become an agile leadership team. We had the best weather conditions of 15-16 knots of wind on a formula 1 racing yacht that requires agile leadership to bring out the best of the yacht and wind.
