LEADING IN DIGITAL TIMES! OR HOW DOES SAILING ON AN AMERICAS CUP YACHT REPRESENT CHALLENGES IN A VUCA WORLD? Sailing means how do you learn to master volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous situations. Today in San Diego we had the ultimate experience for the leadership team to become an agile leadership team. We had the best weather conditions of 15-16 knots of wind on a formula 1 racing yacht that requires agile leadership to bring out the best of the yacht and wind. I feel very grateful having had the chance to support the leadership team to grow their awareness and become agile leaders. Thank you so much for your dedication to leadership development.

TODAY WAS A REAL BREAK-TROUGH DAY AT OUR STRATEGY WORKSHOP IN SAN DIEGO! I am always moved, touched and inspired when business leaders start seeing themselves and their organizations. When they truly witness their major dynamic they are inprisoned in they usually start seeing the potential of the situation. At this point they are open and willing to come up with a better solution because now that they become aware of it, it feels insane continuing the old way. And it is all about turning fear into trust. |
