Bill Flynn's perspective on change and leadership is truly effective method. The notion that 70% of change activities fail is alarming but not surprising, especially when we consider how change is often imposed rather than collaboratively approached. Overall, this podcast has given me valuable insights and a fresh perspective on leading organizations towards a sustainable future.
